The Haxan Cloak playing Lincoln Hall on first-ever US tour

The Haxan Cloak — aka London producer/composer Bobby Krlic — has announced that he’ll be embarking on his first-ever US tour this spring. The very brief May run includes a performance at Lincoln Hall on May 14 and tickets are on sale now. Krlic will also play the 2014 Pitchfork Music Festival on Friday, July 18.

The Haxan Cloak’s most recent effort, Excavation, hit stores in April of 2013 via Tri Angle Records. It’s chock-full of unrelenting sub-bass, jagged beats, and horror film-like noise flourishes. You can take a listen to the LP cut “The Mirror Reflecting (Part 2)” at the bottom of this post and/or stream the album in its entirety via Spotify/Rdio.
