Akron/Family releasing ‘Sub Verses,’ touring, playing the Bottle
Experimental trio Akron/Family are set to welcome their fifth studio album, Sub Verses, on April 30 via Dead Oceans. You can take a listen to the LP's great opening track "No-Room" at the bottom of this post. Sub Verses' tracklisting and Stephen O'Malley (of Sunn O))))-designed cover art are also below.
Akron/Family will be touring North America in support of Sub Verses throughout April and May. That tour includes a Chicago show at the Empty Bottle on April 16. Tickets for the Chicago show go on sale this Friday (1/25) at 10AM CST.
