Legendary Italian horror-prog crew Goblin have always had somewhat of a revolving door lineup. In 2013, they embarked on their first-ever North American tour featuring original members Claudio Simonetti, Maurizio Guarini, and Massimo Morante. Here's where that revolving door becomes slightly troublesome--Goblin returned to North America for a tour with Zombi, but the lineup did not include the aforementioned. Current Goblin is Massimo Morante, Maurizio Guarini, Fabio Pignatelli, Agostino Marangolo, and Aidan Zammit. They'll be touring North America this spring, but Zammit can't make it and will be temporarily replaced by Zombi's Steve Moore. That tour doesn't feature any Midwest dates, but you can browse its routing at the bottom of this post.

Meanwhile, there's also Claudio Simonetti's Goblin--Simonetti, Bruno Previtali, Federico Amorosi, and Titta Tani--who are also doing some touring this spring/summer. The only North American date on their schedule is a show at Metro on May 3 as part of CIMM Fest 2014, where they'll be performing a live score of Dario Argento's Suspiria. Tickets for the Chicago show go on sale this Friday (3/21) at noon CST.
