WE'LL BE DOING A BENEFIT FOR OUR FRIEND DANNY SUNDAY 11.25 AT THE RAINBO. IN SEPTEMBER DANNY WAS SHOT & MUGGED WHILE WALKING HOME FROM WORK AT THE BAR. WE'LL BE DONATING ALL THE MONEY TO DANNY FOR HIS MEDICAL BILLS. HE'S ALSO BARTENDING SO GET OUT THOSE DOLLARS! JUST US - FULL SET - VIDEO FOOTAGE ENCOURAGED. WE'LL BE PLAYING LOTS OF NEW STUFF AND IT'S GOING TO BE A REALLY SPECIAL NIGHT FOR US. THE RAINBO - BESIDES BEING A PLACE ALL OF US (SANS NOAH) HAVE / HAD WORKED HAS BEEN CENTRAL TO THIS BAND SINCE DAY ONE - IT'S WHERE WE DECIDED TO START, NAMED OURSELVES, REHEARSED ABOVE, RECORDED AT, ETC. THIS IS GOING TO BE THE FIRST TIME WE'VE EVER PLAYED HERE - IT'S A REALLY IMPORTANT PLACE TO US SO PLEASE COME OUT AND HELP DANNY! [Disappears]

This Sunday (11/25), Chicago outfit Disappears will be hosting a benefit for their buddy Danny Z at the Rainbo Club. The bar opens at 4PM, Disappears go on at 8:30PM, and admission is a suggestion donation of $5. Disappears' last Chicago show was the Dust-Up Festival in September, where they performed with their new drummer Noah Leger (Electric Hawk, Anatomy of Habit). Catch the guys in an intimate space, and help them raise money for their dear friend.
