Nils Frahm playing Constellation on tour in support of ‘Spaces’
Berlin-based composer Nils Frahm welcomed his most recent effort, titled Spaces, in November of 2013 via Erased Tapes. The album was recorded over two years at various locations with a variety of methods. As we stated on BrooklynVegan, "The disc is a collection of minimalist piano pieces, lush synthesizer workouts and other sonically adventurous stuff that melds the classical and electronic-music worlds." Nils will be embarking on an international tour in support of Spaces later this month. The run includes a two-week North American stint with support from labelmate Douglas Dare, and you can catch the pair at Constellation on March 21. Advance tickets are on sale now.
