Pop. 1280 are playing Treasure Town on Sunday w/ Running, Brain Idea & Toupee

NYC-based outfit Pop. 1280 released their most recent LP, The Horror, in January via Sacred Bones. They've just revealed a new video for the album's lead single "Bodies In The Dunes," which you can view at the bottom of this post. The creepy clip was directed by Jacqueline Castel, who has worked with Zola Jesus, Moon Duo, and others, and is loosely based on a Long Island serial killer.
Pop. 1280 kick off a summer North American tour this Saturday in Detroit, and will play a Chicago show at Treasure Town on Sunday (May 20), with support from Running, Brain Idea, and Toupee. Tickets will be available at the door.
