Saintseneca brought their tour with labelmates The Melodic and Bloomington, IN duo Busman's Holiday through Chicago for a performance at the Empty Bottle on Friday night (3/7). Local folk-punk balladeer Al Scorch got things started, and pictures are in this post--sadly, none of Al. Saintseneca previewed their excellent, forthcoming Anti- Records debut Dark Arc by playing more than half of it to the very receptive crowd. They're now on their way down to Austin, TX for SXSW, where they'll play a BrooklynVegan day party on Saturday, March 15 at Red 7.
