Smashing Pumpkins play a charity event @ Metro next week, ‘Oceania’ up for preorder

Smashing Pumpkins are set to perform at Metro on Thursday (6/14) as part of a charity event put on by Hot Stove Cool Music/Foundation To Be Named Later. The Figgs, Jenny Dee and the Deelinquents, members of Buffalo Tom, and the Hot Stove All-Stars are all included on the bill. General admission tickets and VIP passes are sold out but stay tuned, maybe the venue will release a few more next week.
The Pumpkins' new album, Oceania, is due out on June 19. You can preorder it up until June 12 in various bundle forms, CD, LP, and digital formats. A contest is currently active to win VIP passes to a cruise ship listening party on June 12. Details on how to enter to win can be found HERE.
