Northampton, MA's Speedy Ortiz are gearing up for the release of their debut LP, Major Arcana, which is due out on July 9 via new home Carpark Records. So far, you've heard the discordant "Tiger Tank" and slow-burner "No Below" from the album, and they've just shared a mangled third single called "Plough." Speedy will be embarking on an extensive summer U.S. tour in support of their forthcoming LP. That tour includes a performance at Chicago's Coach House on July 13 with Geronimo!, Shores, Cattle Drums, and My Dad. Admission is $8 at the door for the three touring bands.
