The Blow @ NYC's Mercury Lounge, May 2012 (more by Amanda Hatfield)

Portland electro pop outfit The Blow (aka Khaela Maricich and more recent addition Melissa Dyne) have been working on their new album for a bit now. It's a self-titled LP, is due out on October 1 via new home Kanine Records, and serves as the follow-up to 2006's highly-enjoyable Paper Television. You can check out the self-titled's tracklisting at the bottom of this post.

The Blow will also be touring throughout North America this coming October. That tour includes a performance at Lincoln Hall on October 14. Tickets for the Chicago show go on sale TODAY (Friday, July 26) at noon CST.
