The Horrors' fourth studio album, Luminous, is out now and they've just announced a fall North American tour in support of it. The run features openers Moon Duo, and the two acts will tag Chicago for a performance at Lincoln Hall on October 27. Tickets go on sale this Friday (5/9) at noon CST.
