United Nations share new single “Serious Business,” playing Township on tour w/ Frameworks (dates, new song stream)
United Nations @ 285 Kent in 2013 (more by Brad Sanders)
Geoff Rickly (ex-Thursday)'s super heavy outfit United Nations are slated to release their new album, titled The Next Four Years, on July 15 via Temporary Residence Ltd. They've just shared the LP's lead single "Serious Business" and oh, it's some serious business indeed; it's a brutal three-minute ripper bent on destroying whatever might lay in its path. You can take a listen to the tune at the bottom of this post. The album is up for preorder via Temporary Residence's webstore.
UN will be embarking on an August North American tour with support from the excellent post-hardcore newcomers Frameworks. That tour includes a show at Township on August 9. Ticketing information for the Chicago show is forthcoming, but you can check Ticketweb for updates.
